One−On−One

Sessions can be tailored specifically for your individual needs and interests, and can be quite interactive as there is lots of time for questions. Giving you the opportunity to develop a better understanding of yoga and its benefits, create individual goals, and use it for rehabilitation.

Ideal for those interested in exploring yoga and its benefits at their own pace; or for students new to yoga who would like to build confidence in their abilities prior to joining a class environment.

One on One Yoga Sessions is for you if you:

o    Have health problems or injuries that need a tailored session planned specifically for you

o    Wish Yoga sessions to be done at your workplace or home

o    Want to develop skills in meditation and pranayama techniques

o    Want to deepen your understanding of the philosophy of yoga

o    Wish to lose weight by monitoring an effective workout plan

o    Wish to learn more advanced postures

First session (consultation session) is 75 minutes long, in which we begin by looking at your body type, your aims and any symptoms/injuries that you wish to work on. We then build a personalized program accompanied by breathing and relaxation techniques to suit your needs.
